수업목표:

가공의 이상적 목표는 생산성과 정밀도를 높이는 것이라 할 수 있으나, 본과목에서는 절삭가공에서 정밀도를 높이는데 기본적으로 알고 있어야 할 기초이론을 공부하게된다. 가공정밀도에 영향을 미치는 인자는 수 없이 많으나 여기에서는 주로 diamond 공구의 절인 상태가 정밀도에 미치는 영향과 절인 상태를 정밀가공에 적합하도록 연마하는 방법 등을 취급한다.
본강의의 수강을 위하여 다음과 같은 준비를 하여주기 바란다.

  1. 정밀절삭가공의 개요( 1.5MB, 21매)를 미리 공부할 것(절삭가공학, 서남섭 저, 동명사, p.401 ~ 421)
  2. 강의 Note( 4.66MB, 62매)
